Pennsylvania Dutch Hilltop

This multi-acre estate featuring a Pennsylvania Dutch-styled house sat in disrepair for a number of years before a delightful young family purchased the property and, by way of a massive renovation, breathed new life into it. Raised planters serve as an outdoor classroom for their four young girls and provide farm-to-table options straight from the back yard. Retaining walls were added to create multiple outdoor spaces, all of which take advantage of the spectacular views over verdant green hills.
